β The weddingβ
β
The wedding will take place on August 8th in Basilicata, not far from where Paola grew up.
It will be an afternoon wedding, due to the summer heat.
β
The ceremony will be followed by a celebration at Castello San Basilio, with an aperitif, dinner, and dancing through the night.

β How to get there?
β
βIn this area of Italy, having a car is the best option.
We suggest renting one or sharing one with other guests directly at the airport. HERE A MAP with key location saved to help you understand distances between everything.

π Attire
β
Have fun with your outfits. Bright colors are encouraged; we see our ceremony as a love festival, so don’t hesitate to wear something you’ve been waiting for the perfect excuse to put on.
β
β It’s August in the south of Italy, so prepare for the heat. A fan to match your outfit is always a good idea, and don’t forget your sunglasses!

β« The day before the wedding!
- La Serenata
β
If you happen to be in town the day before the wedding, an Italian tradition has the groom serenade his future wife on the evening before the big day. This will take place in Nova Siri Scalo, where Paola’s parents live.

β±οΈ The day after the wedding!
β
If you’re staying after the wedding, we’ll likely spend the afternoon relaxing at the beach, with activities planned over the following days to make your Italian trip as authentic as possible.
